You will recieve an email with a condition report to be filled in and either popped in with your wig or emailed back to us prior to any work being carried out. 
Ship to us ( shipping instructions will be emailed to you once order is placed)
 
✨Your unit will be washed and airdried for shipping unless a wash and style is ordered at the same time.✨
 
Once we have received your unit we will do a full inspection & report before any work is undertaken, this report will be sent to you via email. 
Once we have completed our work you will be sent photos for confirmation and your unit will be shipped back to you!
 
Please note that this service is for human hair wigs only! Your unit does not have to be a RENA LEIGH unit. 
 
This service will take approx. 25 days from receiving your unit until shipping back to you. 
 
For blonde units please select colour 613 and for dark units select raw virgin colour. If you are unsure which colour to select please contact us prior to ordering. Colour matching is not icluded, for colour matching plaese add on the weft colour matching service.
