Once your order has been placed email us with your order number and inspo pics of your chosen cut.
You will recieve an email with a condition report to be filled in and either popped in with your wig or emailed back to us prior to any work being undertaken. 
Ship to us ( shipping instructions will be emailed to you once order is placed)

Once we have received your unit we will do a full inspection & report before any work is undertaken, this report will be sent to you via email. 
 
Once we have completed our work you will be sent photos for confirmation and your unit will be shipped back to you!
 
Please note that this service is for human hair wigs only! Your unit does not have to be a RENA LEIGH unit. 
 
This service will take approx. 7 working days from receiving your unit until shipping back to you.
